LEMON ROSEMARY CHICKEN & POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Basil
  • 1 tbsp Rhyme
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 Potatoes
  • Fresh green beans

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250 °C.
  • In a small bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, fresh rosemary, basil, salt, and pepper. Wash potatoes and toss them together with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Put chicken breasts on the baking sheet and mix together with potatoes and green beans. Drizzle a herbs mixture cross all main ingredients and rubbing it neatly.
  • Put the roasting pan in the oven and roast for 30-40 minutes. Potatoes should be tender and green beans crispy.
