I love tahini. It’s just so specific in taste and so healthy.
I will be honest but the first time when I tried tahini I would a little bit skeptic as I wasn’t sure If I like it, but after a few more tried I absolutely fall in love with this seeds taste.
This recipe is my favorite as I make it almost always as dressing for my salads. It’s easy, tasty and healthy that you will make over and over again.
Tahini is a little magic for your health. It’s a strong antioxidant and full of good fats for you. Even it’s containing more vitamin B than milk or some nuts.

Tahini Dressing /VEGAN
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- ground pepper
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin oil
- In the jar combine the olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup (you can use honey for non-vegan option), mustard, salt, pepper and whisk until it's mixed well.
- The dressing should be creamy and smooth.
