LEMON ROSEMARY CHICKEN & POTATOES
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp Basil
- 1 tbsp Rhyme
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 Potatoes
- Fresh green beans
- Preheat oven to 250 °C.
- In a small bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, fresh rosemary, basil, salt, and pepper. Wash potatoes and toss them together with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Put chicken breasts on the baking sheet and mix together with potatoes and green beans. Drizzle a herbs mixture cross all main ingredients and rubbing it neatly.
- Put the roasting pan in the oven and roast for 30-40 minutes. Potatoes should be tender and green beans crispy.
