Tofu is my favorite ingredient and I have to say I prepare it quite often, especially the last few months when I started to be cutting my meat habits. Honestly, I was a skeptic with tofu as I heard so many things that tofu may cause health problems for you so I did a little research about that and tried to find some answers to my question.
Even when tofu is one of these foods which are debated a lot, it’s still taken as healthy and generally considered as safe food.
Today I want to share my favorite recipe which is part of my healthy diet and I prepare it quite often. It’s Vegan- friendly (on the photography I used the eggs but if you are keeping a vegan diet just keep it without.)
Tofu: I used organic non-smoked tofu. Make sure your tofu is quality one as it can be different in the taste.
Green Beans: My favorite thing! I am sure if you are not having green beans you can use peas or corn.
Brown rice: Some quality amount of carbs.
Spices: Cumin, garlic, curry …
Egg: Don’t use an egg if you are keeping a Vegan diet!
