Chocolate benefits

Let’s have a talk about chocolate! I am sure you are the same chocolate lover as I am.

I just love all different kinds of chocolates …. white, milk, dark, with lentils, pralines, truffles, etc … there is nothing better than chocolate and If I can enjoy it without regrets I will love it even more. Well, be honest milk or lentil’s chocolate are not the best option for our health and possibly there are zero benefits for us, but if you choose quality dark chocolate, your body can get really good minerals, fiber, and vitamins.

Did you know that chocolate is also antioxidant and even better than berries or other fruits? … Dark chocolate can lower the risk of heart attack and it’s really good for our brain. Not only because it’s making us happier but also because it’s increasing the blood flow.

How to storage brownies

It’s very easy as you can always make brownies in advance. You can keep your brownies in the container at room temperature or in the fridge.

They are the best eaten within two days, but if you wish to keep some for a later, I recommend leaving them in the freezer. You can always unfreeze them and enjoy them.
