I don’t know how about you, but I love Christmas time and the wintery season before festive.
This raspberry jam is my fave for this Christmas as it’s super easy and much healthier than the jams from the shop, which are containing sugar and who knows what else …
It’s the only combination of fruits, chia seeds, and maple syrup. I am sure you can use a different type of sweetener but I think that a little bit of maple syrup is just perfect for it.
Christmas time and vegan
I was searching for how to celebrate Christmas as a Vegan and I found it so interesting. Be honest, but Czech Christmas is about eating and drinking, and as you can guess I don’t mean healthy meals and water. Traditional Czech Christmas dinner is fish (Carp), potatoes salad, and fish soup. Well, you would say it sounds so healthy, but trust me it’s not!
I think it’s amazing that we can find so many options to put on the Vegan Christmas table. What would you say about Vegan Christmas pudding, roasted vegetable, different types of Tarte tin, vegan mince pies or warm pumpkin soup, etc … I think it would be quite challenging to try different Christmas meals, but not always people can give up on traditions, right?

Better than another jam
I love his recipe and I think there is no more reason to buy another jam from the shop. Are you asking why:
Super easy: This recipe will take 10 minutes of your life and give you more than a million pleasures.
Fruity: You can use any fruit you would like. Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, peaches, nectarines and other juicy fruits. You can mix them and combine new tastes.
Chia seeds: I love this superfood. It’s healthy and so interesting in the taste, also perfect as gelatine.
NO SUGAR!!!!!! This is absolutely the best thing about this recipe. Almost all jams contain a crazy amount of sugar and I’ve never got it as the fruit is sweet enough to not be adding sugar. This chia jam is almost sugar-free. I used only 2 tsp of maple syrup and it’s sweet enough.
