September is here and I have another new recipe for you! I am sure you will be more than grateful for sugar-free donuts because we all love them a lot? Well, there is always something more special about Krispy Kreme donuts, which I love. They are crispy and so yummy, but be honest is not better to try a little bit healthier version? I tried one recipe and I think it’s perfect for everyone who has sweet tooth and like donuts as a little treat after a long day.
It’s been a few months since I stopped using the sugar so if you would be in my kitchen you wouldn’t find any sugar at all. My lifestyle has changed so I stopped using flours which are containing gluten, I quit all products with refining sugar and gave up on cow’s milk. Such a big change, right? I don’t think I lost the weight or be feeling differently, but there is one big truth. I was fighting with big stomach pains in the last few years and since I stopped eating gluten I feel big progress with all my cramps. It’s worth to try everything that can make you feel better and healthier.
I don’t think the KETO diet is the best as I don’t believe that the fat products are healthy for us but I love bake sugar-free desserts. They taste so good and as someone who loved sugar a lot, I feel like I can eat it without any guilty feelings. Well, I don’t have to eat it all but I like the fact that my baking is healthier without sugar and it’s made from quality ingredients.
The best chocolate
Because the recipe is sugar-free I used Stevia chocolate. I found it as a really tasty sugar-free option from Waitrose. Surely, all donuts would be perfect with any kind of chocolate so feel free to use any frosting of your choice.
How to store donuts
The best way how to keep donuts fresh it’s keeping them in the fridge so you can enjoy them for 1 week.
