I don’t know the better start of the year and day than with delicious breakfast. I am sure you’ve already heard about overnight oats. It’s an easy and perfect solution for everyone who is busy during the morning.
Maybe because I go to the gym in the early hours I appreciate easy breakfast which I can prepare for a few seconds. I don’t know how’s about you but I can’t do workouts on empty stomach so this is the best way how to eat something.
How to prepare overnight oats
Super easy! Mix all ingredients together and leave it in the fridge for a few hours and overnight.
If you like warm oats place the jar into the microwave and warm it up for a few seconds.
